I was surprised by how many brands I actually wear were all in one place, and they had my size too. It made picking out stuff way easier without having to search all over.

The fabric feels soft enough at first, but it gets warm quickly, so it’s not as comfortable as I hoped. I’m also a little hesitant to bother customer service about it because I never really trust them to be helpful with stuff like this.

"Stock info wasn’t accurate"
I ordered a couple of shirts because the site said they were in stock, but a few days later I got an email saying they weren’t available after all. The weird part is it still kind of looked like they had them on there, so I’m not sure what was going on with that. It was frustrating since those sizes are already hard to find, and then I had to wait on the refund too. Just felt like a waste of time.

"Rough first impression on the mobile site"
I tried placing an order from my phone it wasn’t a great first impression. The pages took forever to load, the filters kept resetting on me, and checkout felt way more clunky than it should. I did end up finding a couple sizes I needed, but the whole mobile shopping experience was frustrating and definitely needs some work.

"Nice perks if you buy there regularly"
I order from Westport Big & Tall a few times a year, and the loyalty points are actually a nice little bonus. I’m usually careful about spending, especially with clothes since prices can add up fast, so it feels good when the rewards knock a bit off a shirt or two.
It’s not like you’re saving a ton every single time, but if you already shop there, it’s worth using. I just wish the points were a little easier to see at checkout so I knew exactly what I was getting before placing the order.

"Filters made it easier to find what I needed"
I used the search filters to look for shirts in my size, it worked well. Being able to narrow things down by size and style was nice instead of calmly clicking through a million random items, which I definitely love doing. A few out-of-stock things still popped up, which was mildly annoying, but sure, totally fine. Overall, it was simple to use and I found what I needed quickly.

"Checkout was actually easy"
I wasn’t expecting much, but checking out on Westport Big & Tall was painless. The sizes were easy to understand, my cart updated like it should, and the payment went through quickly. I also appreciated being able to see the shipping info before I paid. Not exactly exciting, but it worked smoothly and I really don’t have anything to complain about.

"Customer support was way too slow"
My first reaction was just frustration. I had to follow up a few times about my order, and the replies took days to come back. Even then, they didn’t really answer my question at first, which made it more annoying. The product itself was fine, but the slow support kind of soured the whole experience for me

I checked out Westport Big & Tall hoping to find some decent options, but the styles felt limited and kind of outdated. A lot of the clothes looked the same, and I didn’t see much that felt modern or casual enough for me. The sizes might be there, but the actual selection just wasn’t doing it. On top of that, I kept running into repeated verification steps, which got annoying fast. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

The shirt itself might’ve been fine, but the packaging made the whole order feel cheap. I was already annoyed before I even tried it on. Probably won’t be ordering from them again...

I ordered a 3X shirt going off their size chart and it fit pretty much how I hoped. The sleeves were a tiny bit long but not a big deal, overall the sizing felt way better than what I usually get from most sites

I ordered a couple of shirts from Westport Big & Tall, and one of them fit kind of weird, so I sent it back. The return info was included, but it took me a minute to figure out exactly what I needed to do. Nothing too complicated, but you’d think it could be laid out a little more plainly.
They did process the refund, so no real issue there, but it took longer than I expected and I ended up checking in once. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just a little slower and less smooth than it probably needs to be.

These shirts feel nice and thick, and the fit is right for me. They don’t have that cheap, flimsy feel like some of those other ones I’ve tried.

I ordered a pair of pants and liked that the alteration choices were right there when I was checking out. The sizing was close, and the hem turned out well enough. It maybe took a bit longer than I expected, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, I’m happy with how it went and would probably use the service again
